| Sergio has been delivering customer-facing transport information for more than twenty years. Over a decade of that time was with Transport for London, where Sergio managed the customer information team for all surface transport modes. His various roles at TfL included stints as custodian of the Tube Map; quality assurer for the Legible London mapping database; and playing his part in keeping London moving during the 2012 Olympic Games. Joining geospatial trailblazers T-Kartor, Sergio works collaboratively with clients in France (Île-de-France Mobilités), the UK (Siemens Mobility), New Zealand (Auckland Transport) amongst others. He is a member of the UITP’s Design & Culture Committee, and has delivered training sessions on the topic of (what else…) customer-facing information. Sergio spends an unhealthy amount of his vacation time looking critically at bus stops, and frequently wonders why he never made it either as a journalist or a DJ. |
