| Matthieu Giraudier is Head of Passenger Information Development at Geneva Public Transport (TPG). A project manager by training and a customer experience advocate by conviction, he and his team are guiding the renewal of TPG’s passenger information ecosystem. His work is guided by a simple belief: information is not an end, but a service experience in itself — one that builds trust, accessibility, and emotion into public mobility. Matthieu is also one the co-founders with Jug Cerovic of the AUMi program, a regional cartography program, harmonizing public transport maps across several Swiss cantons. Together with his team of experts, he is embedding Customer Experience (CX) as a strategic pillar at TPG — through Vision, Strategy, Measurement, Design, and Governance — to align people and processes around passenger needs and design journeys that truly connect information and emotion. |
